cool, So i'm a bit confused here should you tell them or should you not tell them what your making if they ask? It seems a bit like a guess game.
I want some 15bar that sounds like teh shi', is it easy to find?

Will a Pneumatic at 200PSI shoot farther then a Combustion using Hairspray?

a pneumatic at 100psi will easily,15 bar is hard to find, if they ask and you tell them they still have to sell it too you.

umn can someone give ma an idea of how Much PSI you could create with a foot pump?

The ones I've seen: 6.9 BAR, (100 PSI).

Even then, they tend to fall apart.

I would go for regulated SCUBA air if you plan on these high pressures.

With SCUBA, you can go up to around 204 BAR, (3,000 PSI), with a lower pressure tank, and up to 340 BAR, (5,000 PSI), with a better tank.

Metal pipe can commonly have ratings up to 3,000 PSI, but threads reduce that rating by half.
