You would need to wire an on/off switch instead of the thermostat.

So i dont need thermostat and only thing that i need to do is to wire a on/off switch to this 3 pins? ( or something like this ) and it will work?

Ok but now I have no idea what to choose I have money for pcp pump or fridge compressor, what will you guys prefer? I want to pressurize 1kg car small fire extinguisher to about 30-40 bars, it will be hard to pump, my weigh is about 40 kg and I am not too strong, how mush strokes it will take? Or just make fridge compressor?
