Hi , I made that , like he , but i dont add spring to QEV , and i dont know but its not working , i open ball valve and the air go from the valve where i pumps air , I need to add spring or what ? Plase help

If you want to fill from the chamber side, then you have to modify the piston/diaphragm. An easy way to do this is to heat up a pin and poke a hole in the outer edge.

Did you try filling it up from the nipple on the ball valve?

looks right to me. Is the valve stuck perhaps? With no air pressure, can you push the piston back towards the pilot?

I cant, rubber thing is stuck, i cant pull it out and i hear the air escape

Air leak not good, try some thread sealer like Pro dope
