i just bought a pressure washer trigger gun valve in hopes of building a bbmg and when i blow into inlet part with my mouth air leaks through, is it because theres not enough pressure or is there something wrong internally, any help would be great

had the same problem with mine when i blew into it, think the return spring isn't strong enough or something. but it worked fine when i connected it to my compressor, you probably don't have to worry about it (but that doesn't mean you shouldn't test it).

Send it back to the store you got it from, other than that I don't think you can do much else to fix it.
