Leaking piston

Because potatoes only last one shot!

I just maked a piston for a 32mm (1.25inch) pvc pipe, when I put pressure on the piston its leaking. I lubricated the piston but in won't help, dus somewhone now how to fix this problem.

Is it leaking from the sealing face? If so it could either be a problem the the face material or a problem with the seat. You should examine the face and seat for any nicks or tears.
