my piston is leaking on the back where the schrader and the ball valve is connected. I used epoxy and silicone sealant around them i also think it is leaking through the threads on the endcap but i think teflon tape will fix that. have any ideas on how to fix the leak around the schrader and ball valve?
THanks

more/better epoxy, don't use the 5 minute crap get some 60 minute marine epoxy (if your not using something close to it already)

Globe silicone sealant around the INSIDE of the gun where you think air is leaking out. Then pressurize the gun to 10 psi or so, for around 5 seconds. Hopefully, the pressure will force the silicone through the tiny gap and seal it.
ok thanks i will try nonames idea first just because i already have the silicone sealant. if that doesn't work ill get better epoxy.
