The main idea I was addressing was its length, which would make it very cumbersome to carry around. Oh well, you like it, I don't care very much for it. Lets let bygones be bygones.SpudBlaster15 wrote: Weighing in at only 5lbs or so, and requiring only a bicycle pump and ammunition to operate, I would say that it is considerably more portable than many launchers on this website.

Well, my tests with even faster paintballs (1000+ fps)in hydraulic tests show that the paintball would actually only cause a shallow but nasty surface wound, because they break up so fast.SpudBlaster15 wrote:...Weighing in at only 5lbs or so, and requiring only a bicycle pump and ammunition to operate, I would say that it is considerably more portable than many launchers on this website...
... A paintball at such a velocity would most certainly damage internal organs, and could potentially kill anyone who was shot at close range...
... a seemingly harmless projectile.

I doubt it. They remain intact under the 300+ psi pressures I use and speeds exceeding 1000 fps, although I need a little wadding because they're slightly smaller than my .80 cal bore - that may cushion them slightly.jrrdw wrote:Won't the paint ball bust in the barrel at higher pressures?

Hmm strange mine burst about 60% of the time over 110psi.Ragnarok wrote:I doubt it.
