I also like gun but like boogieman said using a coke bottle for a chamber is about the worst thing you can do with a coke bottle. Using pop bottles make guns that arent ghetto, ghetto. It would of looked nicer if he had used a PVC chamber. He builds some way nice guns, i think that his hybrid is the cleanest of all that ive seen.

I think that cannon is realy cool i made 1 just like it except i used a ball vavle for a long time until i found this site an learnt how 2 modify it to become pnuematic and i havent looked back and keep the bottle under 100 psi for safety reason these bottles could cuase serious injures when they explode..i have seen it happed very loud very fast..and i have shot marbles from my launcher through about 10mm of mdf bored which is pritty good 8) or so i think and on average i can get a grape to go about a city block lenght if it doesnt get drestroyed in the barrel.

^ Yeah they skin themselves inside the barrel a lot don't they?

I used a 3/4" connector after I sanded the screwtop threads down, I then used plumbers goop to seal, and screwed the connector to the bottle.

The screws only became a necessity after a blowoff at 60 PSI showed us the plumbers goop wasn't enough.


I know many here don't like pop bottles, but it got me started in this hobby.
