Wow, that is a beautiful cannon, especially for a first, great job!

your chamber is 100 in^2 and your barrel is 196 in^2 for an approximate C:B of 1:2

Is that ABS or painted PVC? I would like to know where you got the 2.5" pipe. I went to Home Depot who told me I was crazy.

Home Depot won't sell 2.5 pipe. You'll probably have to order it online from BC Arms here

It looks like a GREAT first cannon. Most people don't put that amount of work into their first creations...

BTW, some of those fittings aren't pressure rated, but that is A-OK for a combustion cannon. Just telling you before you decide to go building any pneumatics.

That's a nice first cannon, better than mine I must say, though that doesn't take much now that I think about it. So for right now how do you measure the propane?

thanks man, for now i am using the old method yet, spraying and shooting, but not with a hair spray, I´m using a propane spray...
But when i get some money i will put a propane meter...
