Small leak in fitting

My air cannon is already finished and glued (properly) but there is a small leak between the air chamber and the coupler that connects it to the sprinkler valve. The coupler and chamber is 3". Is this not safe to be operating? I stay under 100psi. Is there a way to fix this leak?

epoxy should solve your problems, maby it formed air bubbles when you cemented, did you put plenty of primer and cement?

If it was really properly glued it wouldn't be leaking. Just put a ring of epoxy around the coupler and no air will leak out

Air leaks give me the willies, as you know you don't have a 100% solid joint. Not only do you have no idea how solid it is, you are clueless as to what pressure it is safe to.

You could pull a vacuum on the chamber and suck a bead of superglue into the leak. Epoxy looks like shit on a chamber, and smacks of sloppy workmanship. Pulling glue cut with primer into the hole works as well.

^^You take epoxy to on art form JSR, but most others don't, so you're an exception.

The vaccum idea is a good one, but just putting a little epoxy around the joint should be fine, and just smooth it out with a wet finger. And if you got isues with safety, just add a few short screws throught he fitting with a little epoxy to seal to be sue the fitting won't blow off.
