Or other ideas for a tennis ball barrel. as They just DO NOT fit down the 2.5" sch40 i have. most balls im finding are 2 5/8

TB's are a pretty tight fit inside a sch40 barrel. Using a 1.5" PVC ramrod will make loading a lot easier. I have also heard that some discount store tennis balls are not only cheaper, but a bit smaller than regular ones.

I think that only regulation sized tennis balls fit in sch 40. Are you using off brand cheapos or good ones?

There are Decent and came from a country club that a Very Large Tennis Championship is played at.

I need to have a fit that doesnt fight tight, for this loading system. that is going to be 2 5/8s id the only thing i could find close to that is the SDR 26.

I got some 2.5" sch 40 from BC earlier this month. And it is a VERY tight fit

Schedule 120 3" PVC would work as well..

I found this a while ago. I don't know about minimum order quantities, but SDR 26 is there.
