If I wanted to convert my muzzle loading barrel into a breech loader, all I would have to do is dremel out the hole where I will be sliding in ammo, and then take a 1 1/4' union and slide it over that, correct? I really just want a simple breech loader, without having to go buy a bunch of extra pipe and such to make it bolt action. Thanks mates

Cut a slot for the ammo. Dremel out a coupling so that it will slide easily over the barrel. Slide the coupling over the hole once the ammo is loaded. Some put o-rings around the hole in the barrel, but I never did and had no problems.
