Well he does intend on selling them, this is one of the first production models that has been assembled.

The front grip is functionability vs. looks, and I think the acuracy and control it would add are worth it.

The cannon looks as good as ever, although I have to inquire about that tazer bayonet. I thought this is just for paintball and the works. Is the bayonet actually a real tazer or just something for effect?

Also, just to clarify, does the center revolve on its own or is there something that is pressed to move it?

The Eclipse was originally designed as a safe paintball launcher, but has become a lot more. I have had interest from a lot of military and police organizations as well as animal control interests. I can't talk about one of the more intense uses since I think I infringe on board rules. You get the idea with the tazer though. Not just for training.

It uses a cam drive to index the cylinders. The main firing valve is a piston that uses an equal force, but larger surface area to shift the main valve open. I posted earlier regarding its operatiopn and some pics. I will have all this available on the new website.

Crowley, Almost went with the trigger. The pneumatic safety is nice though. A mechanical one would be a bonus. You will appreciate the design once I open it up for you. Not long now.

Did some tests today with 4oz. plastic projectiles and was getting about 150fps at 275psi. estimate about 150 yards. Foam rounds and paintball shot were clocking about 210fps consistantly at that psi. More tests and videos soon.

This is actually the first one I haven't produced any parts for myself. This has all been done on programmed CNC. The fore grip adds a lot of functionality, but is not needed per se.

I like it.

I promise I will do a build log during assembly so you guys can get the whole picture.

thats just amazing, the tazar looks strange but maybe if in the final stage you use a sleek housing for it it might look even beter, but how can you improve on perfection
