I'm using ABS in mine, shouldn't be an issue since you don't want HHO at a very high pressure anyhow.

You should look up the chemical compatability of ABS and strong bases like NaOH (sodium hydroxide). Eventually, to get the best performance from the cell you'll probably want to use NaOH (or other strong base) as the electrolyte.
Pressure shouldn't be a problem as long as you are sure there is no possible way for the gas outlets to get plugged. Running a sealed electrolysis cell may well build up enought pressure to rupture ABS (or PVC).
