has anyone used this regulator before,

yes, it can. it is designed for use with CO2 actually..........

I have the kobalt version of that and the thing works great, very nice and very portable. And it will work with any type of paintball tank, including 20 oz and 24 oz bottles.

If I were you, I would buy the Kobalt version (sold by Lowes). They are the exact same product but the Kobalt version is cheaper. (but I don't think it comes with a case like this one does)
It's hard to soar with eagles when you're working with turkeys.
