This is my first working piston cannon and my first post on spudfiles. :D

I usually only pump this up to around 90 - 100psi and i made two barrels.
- 1 1/4" potato barrel - 2" sleeved into 2"PVC (golfball barrel)

Specs:
- 2" chamber
- modded sprinkler valve (pilot valve)
- plywood piston (i got the idea from MrCrowly)

shot a golf ball 350+ yards
Attachments
damage from a 1 1/4" potato slug

Nice cannon! And welcome to spudfiles. It looks a little akward to hold though.

i like the cannon but i see some DWV --- i one on the pilot is a easy fix but the one on the front is going to be a hard fix and maybe a cannon ender

p.s. you should drill and tap your psi gauge on a fitting so you more then just one layer of pvc

100 PSI is still a hell of alot of pressure on non-pressure rated fittings, I would say around 60-80 psi, just to be safe, because we all know how catastrophic it is when PVC ruptures.

nice cannon, and i have a input on the DWV, you have it on the worst possible places since those fittings take the smack of the piston
