Ammo of choice for 1.5'' loading chamber?

For 1.5'' whats the best fitting Ammo for the Loading chamber? tried potatos but want something that can be reused .

If it's SCH-40, you can try ping pong balls.

How well do ping pong balls fit? I just built a cannon with a 1.5 inch barrel.

They fit about within a millimeter, maybe better. There are 2 sizes though. I think the new ones are bigger and fit better. Bottom line, they fit either way, and very well.

So to get it to travel the furthest possible what would you suggest I fill it with?

Why don't you try sand like Lentamentalisk suggested? Use your imagination...experiment with different ones. Too much mass will drag you down, not enough won't go far either. It really need to match the power capabilities if your specific cannon.
