As far as I know the vortex disc diametar should be not more then 1".Yesterday I made a 35mm one and it works much better then my cloud gun.Also it is very wide about 40mm.So what realy are the variations?I may post a picture if you want.

Wats the range with that?and wat are you using as barrel and inlet because i have always wanted to make one of these.but the BB's are a little hard to get hold of over here in australia.jus wondering where do u get them from?

The barrel is from the antena if an cheap rc plane.I get the bb's from the local 'bazar on an open-air'-that's from the dictionary.
