Are They Legal?

Here are the 3 pages that came back when Andeh's friend wrote to the United States government about "Spud Cannons"

Now remember, this is for the U.S. in general. They might be illegal in your city/county. To get the facts on your area, you must ask the local cops. It is illegal to shoot here, they the cop I asked said he was actually happy that I asked.
