Hi, would anyone be able to help me make a QEV for my .40 airgun by giving me a detailed list of parts and instructions.
I've done my homework and the only reasonable explanation I could find was french (thanks to spike).

No, you haven't done your homework.
A QEV is just a commercial piston valve.
Piston valves explained visually
You want the barrel sealing tee. If you can't figure it out from there, then perhaps you should look into other hobbies. We don't 'spoonfeed' persay.
