Hi all, just got some telescoping brass tubes from McMaster, as I figure they'll be just the ticket for a bolt system for a semi. When they arrived they seemed a bit flimsy and I don't want to end up with pieces of brass sticking out of my head so I thought I'd run it past you guys: what kind of pressure do you think these things can take safely?

McMaster parts #
8859K33 and
8859K32

Thanks

With a typical safety factor of 2.5 these should have a pressure rating of about 200 psi each with failure defined as yielding.
