Parts from UK

Hey are there any members who have made a cannon and bought there parts from the UK. I am looking into making a basic combustion cannon. Its the one seen on this webpage >>>>http://members.aol.com/sph911/spud/combustion.html<<<<<
Its probably the most basic cannon know but i cant find one part which is quite important "The 4-2 inch reducer". I have looked on screw fix direct and loads of plumbing site unless i have missed someone. Could someone please help me here

dunno.....look up something like

UK hardware
(parts name) in the UK
online UK hardware store
and so on

also if you buy off mc master buy anything else you need as well because they will put it in the same package, and you will save money, ebay might have some.
