Brass fitting questions

Gday I'm hoping to place an order with this website after seing some of the awsome guns on here WOW i want to have a crack at making my own.

Under General Brass Fittings Tab on the left, there are two fittings that im struggeling to understand.

RB24 - Reducing Bushing
Does this fitting have larger male on one side and smaller female on the other ?

TP64 - Taper Plug
Is this female to male same size ?

The taper plug, It's only male. It fills a hole so nothing goes through. It's a threaded stopper..

Reducing bushings, the male is big with the small female inside it.
