thanks

I couldn't find any on Mcmasters. I need at least sch 80. I found one place but they wanted $15 to ship it.

yeah i saw that one but they want $12.45 to ship it.
yeah but paying $16 for a $3 part seems like a bit much.jrrdw wrote:Sometimes you just have to pay the price to get what your looking for.
It is for the contest so I don't want to say too much about it.

That is a barbed plug and it is only rated to 160 psi. I am looking for a spigot plug (I think. I need the smooth kind that slides inside the pipe.)

is that something crucial in you design or are you worried about pressure because barbed plugs hold better than normal ones.pat123 wrote:That is a barbed plug and it is only rated to 160 psi. I am looking for a spigot plug (I think. I need the smooth kind that slides inside the pipe.)
it only says 160psi, hell blowguns only say 90psi but you see people using them to 3-400 any pressure rated sch 80 is good for at least as much as the pipe
@tech: it is sch 80
I'm not going to say any details but it might be holding about a 900psi spike.
