as some of u know i have lately gotten into rockets, well me and Darth Tater from spudtech have been talking so we started a forum cause there is no other god rocket forums me and him are the admins, we'll let people join for a month or so and start recruting moderators. i have a feeling site may get big, cause there are no othe good rocket sites so join up if u like em www.rocketry.tz4.com so if ur interested join and pm me on there. i dont know who of yall are into rockets

i make rockets from anyhting and everything i have lying around, i like solid propellent the best.

Solid propellents are nice i have made about 10 of them about 7 of them worked and the rest exploded....was fun none the less.

solid propelent is probadly the easiest, you have a higher sucsess rate than me.

i want to make a hybrid rocket. the mythbusters used slami in on and it blew the combustion chamber up. HMMMMM that gives me an idea

I often play with my jet engine wich uses alkohol and comprest air in a desodorant can.It is very noisy and I like that.

This was from a thin metal cilinder.I use alumunium cans also but afer not long work the hot gases will make a hole somwhere.I realy like to play with them.After a short time the engine gets hot, the fuel vaperises more I can realy step on it and the noise is great.

First it's never going to work with out a spark.Second you better not waste your time trying to build it bigger then 150ml.If it is bigger it will be very difficuld to start.It is like auto combustion, when the friquency of the shots become high enough it turns in to a jet engine.The tube for the air should be with holes from the bottom, that way the air will spray the metanol everywhere and you will be able to put more and more air.And the exaust shouldn't be more then 1-1.5mm in diametar.

Most of my two hard discs(80 and 200 Gb) are full of games like HL2,doom3 RoE,quake4,wolfenstein,the cronicles of riddic,star ship tropers,avp,call of duty 2...And I realy wan't to have weapons like in these games.So far the only thing I have is sniper(my hybrid sniper).All other guns don't have power like in the games.I have a plan for gun on the principle of the roman candle.But it is ilegal.I have some unposted spud guns bu they aren't something unusual.
