Im looking into getting a reasonably priced highspeed camera for capturing many things from sports and of course spudding :D. I know the Casio EX-F1 is quite popular but the EX-FH20 is much less and seems comprable. I am also considering the EX-FC100 because it is compact and still takes highspeed video and is even cheaper. If you guys know what the best highspeed camera to buy for less than $1000 the cheaper the better any input would be appreciated.

The resolution on the EX-FC100 is not good at high speed in fact... its rubbish but it would be a good camera just for photos and vids. The casio EXF1 is much better resolution.

I have got the EX-F1 and it is pretty good. The pictures are good enough and the HD quality is useable aswell. it has some noise at high ISO settings but that is completely normal.

The high speed can be really good if you have good conditions, with perfect focus and light there is very small amounts of noise.

And the bestpic function is great!
