Truly amazing what 100 psi nail dart can do in a 3/4" barrel.

BTW I developed a method to make a nail dart in under 1 minute.

This result can lend itself to the self powered 12 V compressor gun concept or to a small chamber/valve refill system.

Here is the inspiration:

It's all about cross sectional area and density.

Simply reducing the diameter of your projectile from 0.75" to 0.5" means that it only needs less than 50% of the of the energy the full bore projectile needs to penetrate the same distance in a given medium.

Agree.

The nail is 0.135' in diameter.

When I tried to pull the nail out with a pair of pliers, it was impossible.

At 100 psi, a 70 grain nail dart is very dangerous.
