Hybrid PVC GB barrel question

Hey guys. I've been working on my hybrid and really want a golfball barrel.

I was wondering if a PVC golfball barrel, 1.5" sdr 21 (rated to 200psi according to spudtech), sleeved in 2" sch 80 (rated to 400psi according to spudtech) would be safe to use in a hybrid, even at a 2x mix.
(the launcher will be handheld)

Is seems that it would hold the pressure but am not sure because of PVC's fatiguing property.

1.5" SCH 10 Metal (1.682" id) - fits golf balls, but with tighter tolerances than the 1.5" SDR barrels.

yes it would be able to handle it, and for quite a bit of time on only 2x. get higher mixes and then you run into trouble
