Help ! how do I make a rail mount...

Cannons powered by pneumatic pressure (compressed gas) using a valve or other release.

ok anyone know how to make a rail mount ?lol i have a scope sitting in my room but i cannot use it :( its for a 10 mm rail and i rather a metal mount over wood one.... so yeah :)

cast a epoxy 1 or get a mould made (these are really cheap) and cast it out of aluminum

in aus (bunnings) you can get aluminium square pipes

cut one in half [] to [ and glue it on to your gun

i think you could get it in America

hrmmmm ... ok well i think i wouldn't cast it becuase too hard for me and i haven't done it before .. but i do live in Aus :) an ther is a new Bunnings that was made about 2 km away :D

hrmm it cant be square becuase the rail need to be like a H shape sorta so the grip things can fit int the gaps if that makes sense ...
(i have tried making 2 outta of tube and a square)

now thinking of it , casting one would be ideal well all in all great suggestions :) keep them coming .haha

where did you get the scope form?
try wood?

yes ,but i gave up cos i didn't have enough tools or patience with it haha i bought it from eBay its a 4x20 just a small one for 20 bucks ;)

yes i have seen and looked into that gun before (not for the scope) but on that gun how exactly does he attach it ? (looks like a store bought rail mount)

casting is easythe first cast i did was a 2-1 foot heat sink and i think that a heat sink is harder than a rail mount

Never mind the elevation adjustment in the pic below. If you look at how the scope is mounted to the adjustment you'll see that all it is just a piece of flat bar with 2 spacers. The bar is cut to the width and length of the scope mount.
