well i had an idea when i was selling my old archery gear
what if i could use arrow heads (with the part that sticks out to go into the shaft cut off)
and then when i was talking to my step brother he sugeted making a mould and casting them
if i did this then i could cast them out of what ever i wanted like if i had some left over PVC or PVC scraps of steal (tho this would be to heavy but it's just and example) or u could even get some wood shaving and wood glue (or liqued nails or something) mix them and them cast it out of that

well what do u think

sorry if there if grammar mistakes and stuff,i'm only 12 and really fail at spelling

Try it all different ways to see what works the best. I think building a reusable sabot just as important as building the ammo.

No soap will melt, it has a lower melting temp then PVC and the other materials you mentioned. Some members make molds from plaster of paris.
