ignition ideas??

ok i need to know how to make a simple ignition system thats reall cheap for a mini combustion gun..i have a lantern sparker but its to big for what im trying to do.i heard that u can use d-cell batteries and rig up a sparking system...plzz help me with some ideas...thanx

try using parts from a disposible camera,and you posted this under submit combustion cannons by the way.
