my piston cannon

i made this 2 months ago and never posted bored at home thought ill share it with yall. i made the piston on drill press lathe out of nylon its got a o-ring and schrader valve with spring changed it opens at 5 psi. i need pressure gage and then a frige pump. i all so filled up the pilot with epoxy and drilled small holes and piston travel limited to the d4 rule

specs:
valve: 3/4 inch barrel sealing piston valve
pilot: blowgun
barrel: 60cm of 22mm conduit and 170cm of 16mm steel pipe
chamber volume: 1000 cc
operating pressure: 20-350 psi

close up of the stock i used a jig saw for the bulk and file and sand paper to finish up. i nice coat of stain it looks good and holds nice but the cheak holder is to high

Do not care of the flow coef but the seat diameter is on what your piston "seats"

Very nice style you got there.
Finally we see another break barrel breech.
It's been a while.

You could do some more work on the wood though.It;s nice as it is, but if you round off everything so there are NO more flat surfaces, it will look even better.
Right now it's a bit blocky still.But as I said, it's nice as it is.

Make that VERY nice!

as for the stock i was going for a kind of sako trg-42 type stock for a hammer valve gun i made but it was week at 150 psi so i cut it in half and put it on this

for ammo i use 22mm bbs i got a shit tonne from my dads work and what every els fits in good. all so have made a couple darts
