What application are you using them for? Combustion or Pneumatic? If you're using them for combustion guns, you should be fine, but you won't want to use them for pneumatic guns. One, they don't seal properly, and two, well...constant pressure and a cleanout plugs don't mix well.

Noticed this is in the BB Discussion section, if you are using one on a Vortex or Cloud chamber it'll be fine. They're never under much pressure.

Still could be for a combustion or pneumatic BB cannon, so your post is still valid :)

You should be fine. That is a .88:1 CB ratio. You may want to cut off the barrel a little bit to find a better ratio. You usually want a 1.5:1 CB ratio.

I now there is a lot of fuss on c:b but i think a longer barrel will give more performance. Burnt Latke did many tests on this issue and proved that a longer barrel benefits best, but thanks any way for the suggestion  . I might shorten the barrel a little more for ease of transportation though.

Your chamber probably can be about half that, even 15" is plenty. But it's up to you :P

What would be the performance loss?

Ah just realised you have a 10' barrel :D
With a 10" barrel, you probably could have up to a 40" chamber and still see decent velocity increase. Keep it at 24" otherwise you'll lose 100fps if you went down to 15". Generally people only have 3-4' barrels, so there's little difference between a 24" chamber and a 15" chamber.

You can purchase pressure rated plugs, but the pressure rated ones are not called cleanout plugs. They generally have a hex head, and generally cost considerably more.

Now, since you are using it for a combustion, a standard cleanout will suffice. The chamber will not hold pressure for very long, and will usually not go over 120psi at the peak.
