co2 refilling

do people that use co2 for a bbmg gun have there own refilling station for a tank like this

Fill stations can be picked up at nearly any paintball store or website. Test your Google-Fu for it, young spudwalker...

Most people use scuba tanks for oxygen but o don't know about co2. my friend uses a big airtank which almost resembles a scuba tank.
