Should i glue my gun with PVC cement for a combustion? Will the PVC cement fumes inside the chamber ignite as well as the fuel? I was thinking about letting it air out but i don't know if i need to

Yes, air it out for 24 hours and you'll be fine. A good instrutional is in the Wiki, search for "solvent weld".
