Well what kind of preasure are they making?or was there a defect or a drill hole or something because i fill soda bottles up to 125psi regularly and i have no problems. But the heat from the expansion might have a part in the explosion.

it was a REALLY tight fitting poptato that got logged in the barrel. it had alot of force when it did blow. i tryed again with with a different type of bottle and it didnt blow but the barrel shot off about five feet but i really scared of them so i built one real pvc. pretty good gun

Lol this is why i dont trust making combustion, its not controlled anything can happen... they scare me especially when the entire structure of a mini one is encased in my hand... ouch if failure.
