why dose me epoxy leak?

Cannons powered by pneumatic pressure (compressed gas) using a valve or other release.

hey i have been having problems with the epoxy joints leaking on this gun

not sure what i have been doing wrong i have been using 2000psi rated epoxy and have been roughening the surfaces but still after about a week it like to start leaking :evil: can some one tell me what im doing wrong? it has just sprung a leak where the black pipe joins the smaller silver one

if you can try to bevel the edge so that the epoxy get pushed back into it and seal it better.

It's a tricky join, what I usually do is make a mould around it and pour the epoxy in to surround it completely, a bit like the "tee" section where the magazine meets the barrel of my marble autocannon:

if you're need to stack more epoxy on it's easiest to use something thicker like JBweld or JBweld puddy, I'd put a thick layer of jb weld around that area
