I modded a sprinkler valve, but apparently the hose adapter i used to thread it ( i bought a 2pack) only one was capable of threading for some reason, the other just made a hole as if drilling, like 1/4 of the way i realized and used the other one, but because of the unthreaded 1/4 it leaks slighty, what can i use to fix this? Would an o-ring solve the problem or not really?
Thanks in advance
How can i stop a leak on modded valve?

It's a two part epoxy, you mix it up like body filler (bondo) and goop it on. Supposedly it's a skin irritant so wear latex gloves if you want to smooth it on with your fingers, I haven't had any adverse effects from it.
The epoxies I've seen are UV sensitive (as is PVC pipe) so make sure to paint it.
You can use it like body filler too, I built a chamber that was sleeved in couplings (I shaved the inner ring out so it slides over the pipe) and I used my leftover epoxy to fill in the seems between couplings so it looked like one solid pipe when it was painted.
