Help in obtaining a QEV

I'm designing a .22 plinker and I would like a 1/8 or 1/4 QEV.

I don't have a credit/debit card, nor do I have access to one. (I know, I'm a social reject)

Is there anyone in the general Australasian area who would accept a money order for a QEV?

where in aus are you? if your in victoria you can go to:
festo 179-187 Browns Road, Noble Park Nth VIC(make sure you dont get one with the filter in bult) or
IMI Norgren 33 S Corporate Ave, Rowville VIC 3178
or google a pneumatic company and you state you bound to find one.
also if you know anyone that works in a factory they could ask the maintenance crew for one and them you could pay them and lastly you could try make one.

I'm in Victoria, Bendigo to be more precise, I've looked around quite a bit, but I'll try those suppliers.

I used to be of the same mind, but these days I buy almost everything off eBay and the savings are almost ludicrous.

Just get a paypal account. You can connect it to your bank account, no need for credit or debit cards.

Ebay savings are ridiculous.. I ordered a $40 gaming controller for $6 posted, a game that still retails for $70 in eb games for $24 delivered, lab glassware that would total probably above $200 for $60, a pair of genuine ipod earbuds delivered for less than $4, a digital thermometer for $2 and so on...
