GGDT issues

Ok, so I recently had to buy a new computer and reinstall my life

Upon re downloading GGDT, I extracted the zip to my desktop, opened the main file, double clicked the .exe, and get an error message.

Run-Time error '339':
Component 'MSCHRT20.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

HALP!!!

edit: Said file is actually located in the main folder I downloaded, hence my confusion with the error saying it is missing.

GGDT was written/compiled on VB6.0. That means it does not support the MS .NET framework. That means it needs to be run in the administrator mode.
