Hi there Guys, I´m new here. Allthough, I have been following here quite long and have some knowledges of the basics. I have already build some simple ballvalve launchers, but im now building a semi-auto with a hammervalve as a main Valve, whichis already functioning but not really finished.

I wondered if you could use such a tank here: http://www.me-paintball.de/3000psi-Pres ... 4.html

To connect it somehow to a air gun chamber?

There are plenty of adapters you can buy/make, either attaching it directly:

... or by having a separate tank connected via a remote line:

You can but they are better for small barrels like 3/4'' and less because the threads are pretty small. Tho you can crank the pressure right up if the rest of your gun is steel/brass

Ok thanks, I´ll have to look for some then. I forgot: Yes, its all to be steel/brass. Any Idea why anyone would use a bulky PVC construction on 100 psi instead of getting 500 with a decent design?

Large bore at 100 PSI is high energy. Is 2K ft/lbs enough? :)

No doubt aout it, but the key word is "bulky", HPA gives you greater power density.
