After my ghetto airgun project, my bottle popped, and now, every time I pump the new bottle, I think of my last one popping, my pump has no PSI gauge (bike pump), anyone know whats the PSI rating for a ginger ale 2 liter bottle?

Any bottle that contained a carbonated beverage should be good to 75 PSI or so. That includes a reasonable safety margin. I'm assuming this thing will be in close proximity to your body and will be pressurized repeatedly, hence the fairly low pressure limit.
Water rocket people regularly pressurize plastic soda bottle to 120 PSI. But not while holding it in their hands.

What does PSI rating mean to you without a gauge? A bike pump with a 160psi gauge can be bought for 20$. Frugality can be a popular thing iin this hobby, but your refusal to shell out more than a couple dollars makes every build very dangerous

Not the problem with money, I can't go to a store that sells it >.> Only 99 cent places around my neighborhood, and I don't got a car >.>. PSI matters, cause I ain't pumpin' it with the bike pump anymore, I'm using my dad's car tire compressor, and THAT has a gauge

Most bottles can take upwards of 150psi. I have however had one blow up in my hands at 120psi.
