Need a design for a simple, cheap, piston air gun!

8) Yep lol Im trying to make a simple piston air cannon for my first try on a piston valve, have not made them before so il need help and a design:P.
I would prefer it to be a PVC design.

heres your first start go buy pvc pipe

Mate best advice, go to bunnings and grab some pvc or steel/brass fittings depending on the pressure your using. (pvc for 0-150psi + anything above that use steel) buy a Quick Exhaust Valve (QEV) off eBay/local pneumatic shop. Exhaust valves are basically a ready made piston valve. it can be very frustrating designing and building a piston gun because you have to get the piston just right or the valve will fail. pilot the valve with a blowgun or ball valve and your golden.

Would just go to wast since none of em search, when you make a account it should show you the how to use search thread then you have to do 10 searches before you can make a topic/post in a topic, it would also stop spammers.
