Aluminum High Pressure Fittings

This is probably a stupid question, but do aluminum round rods have seams? Was wondering if high pressure fittings could be made from aluminum round rods 6061-T6 ASTM B211.

No they don't have seams, sometimes with cheap stock you may find a tear through the rod where scale has been rolled into the material, i wouldn't use aluminium for high pressure i would use stainless steel :)
