For a barrel, buy a airsoft tightbore. You'll get good performance with those. It'd be around $30 for a 650mm long by 6.03mm ID one.

You're going to need a regulator between your primary air tank and your slide valve, but besides that your design looks great. Very similar to the inline setup on my inline paintball semi. If you scroll through my thread you'll see the evolution of my loading mech, you should be able to scale them down to airsoft caliber pretty easily

Why do I need a regulator? I am only going to use 115 pli cus my air compresor can't go any more.

Will the gun be constantly hooked up to the compressor? If not, then you'll need a regulator on the gun otherwise every shot will become weaker and weaker as your tank pressure drops

Lockednloaded makes a good point, however if you don't want to use a regulator you can compensature by having a large main chamber and small firing chamber. If this is for airsoft then with such an efficient valve you don't need a lot of air for good performance, especially with a long barrel.
