some help with an advanced combustion

ok new to the forum as far as posting been trolling since the spudtech merger anyhow

i want to build a advanced combustion that uses propane or maybe map pro and possible use compressed air as a mix oxy tanks our outrageous in price for what you get i have a couple of questions i feel as if you all would be able to help me with as follows are the goals feel free to add opinions and hopefully solutions.

1.) i want this to be more rifle like so going with a 1/2" sdr21 pvc barrel about 20" long
2.) the combustion chamber will be a 1:8 - 1:0 ratio
3.) i want a automated metering system for the fuel that runs on 12v (already have a battery pack in mind to run both ignition and fueling valves)
4) i might want a fan if it is used to draw in fresh air and if it is could i just incorporate a one way valve to allow the chamber to be open upon fan activation and then shut on ignition similar to how a air pump works is this possible
5) will an EDF for r/c planes better suit my fan needs
6) obviously i would also like to make it stun gun multi point ignition
7) and the final challenge is making it repeating goaling for semi auto but would rather use a lever action
8) mag fed i have a special ammo in mind

thoughts opinions and maybe some help with the size of my metering system as well as will compressed air work let me know and thanks for letting me join the forums

Wow this is ambitious, thats all i have to say. I dont even know why you need a fan lol. More of a hairspray and fire kinda guy.
