I you're referring to the Gorilla glue I'm thinking of, no. That would be horrible for sealing, because it foams up when it dries, IIRC.
Just use some epoxy. Use a small dab in the vent hole, wait for it to tack up, and then fill the rest of the solenoid hole.

Gorilla glue is only good for wood gluing, I wouldn't recommend it for pressure applications. I would pick up some JB Weld it takes longer to set then most epoxy but it is much stronger.
