Are you dumb or are you just stupid? It is not for look's,it is because it works alot better that way. Ball valves open too low, resulting in loss of power.Atlantis wrote:Because it makes a cool trigger like valve, and ball valves are tooo hard to turn.

He's saying the blowgun makes for a cool trigger, not that it looks good.

wait valves with springs are bad?
about my other question i have noticed alot of people using that particular sprinkler valve (im not talking about the blow gun) is there any reason why so many people seem to be using them?

Almost all valves have springs and springs aren't necessarily bad. A spring might slow your valve opening slightly, but on the other hand it might help seal your diaphram. I recommend taking it out, if helps Great! if not just put it back in.
I'm not 100% sure why people choose those valves more often then not, maybe it's because they're easy to find and provide pretty good flow.
Personally I prefer 90 degree valves over in-line valves. They provide better flow, but they are sometimes harder to find.

Is your Google.com Broken?!
No you morons, the Orbit Watermaster, he's asking why we always use the Orbit.
We use it because it is readily available, tried and true, does not use a guide rod, and it's pretty lookin.
