This looks like something I would do. I welded and 11/16 drill bit to an allthread and drilled a 4' piece of 1/2" pvc so I could shoot marbles without any hangups. The marble gun with sprinkler valve will easily shoot through 1/2" plywood from 70' away.

Great idea! simple and effective. I have made one like this and when using I added a few drops of cutting oil to help it along.

i dont get it... is this used to bore out a sch40 barrell till it fits a golfball, or just to get the preixisting gb barrell smooth?

id just wrap somthing with sand paper and shoot it out a few times. :)
