where do you get that trigger

Cannons powered by pneumatic pressure (compressed gas) using a valve or other release.

i see that some people put a trigger on their sprinkler valve. im kind of new so easy locations (hardware stores, etc.) would be good for me

I assume that you're talking about a blow gun.
You can get them at any hardware store or even wal-mart.
